Everything showed up as expected, and the order was correct with nothing missing. That’s really all you want, so I’m happy with it

My order from AirPod Supply did show up on time, so that part was fine. But the packaging was really just okay. The box had a few dents, and there wasn’t much padding inside at all. I kept thinking it could’ve used more protection, honestly. The product itself was fine, but the packaging felt basic, and I just expected it to be packed better

I ordered a pair from airpodsupply.com and, reading between the lines, my main concern was whether these were actually real or just a convincing knockoff. The box looked right, the serial number checked out, and they connected to my iPhone exactly how I’d expect AirPods to, so I feel confident they’re genuine.

I’m giving 4 stars only because the shipping updates were a little slow and I found myself checking more than I probably should have. Once they arrived though, the product itself was solid and definitely didn’t feel like some cheap fake, which was the big thing I cared about

The price was better than most of the other places I looked at, so that was a nice win. It’s not anything super fancy, but for what I paid, it feels like a solid value. Happy with it overall.

I ordered replacement AirPods from AirPod Supply, and after a few weeks one side started acting up, so I had to go through the warranty process. To be fair, they did send a replacement, so I can’t say they didn’t handle it.
The frustrating part was how slow the replies were. I had to follow up twice, and it kind of felt like nothing was moving unless I checked in first. Not a horrible experience, but definitely not as smooth as I expected. 3 stars seems about right.

The sound is better than I expected. It’s clear and enjoyable overall... I just wish the bass had a little more punch!

The AirPods do work, so at least there’s that, but I was disappointed with the condition they arrived in. There were more scratches than I expected, and the case looked a bit dirty, which made the whole thing feel less worth it. They’re not terrible, but I can’t say I was happy with what I got
